Here is some info for you:

These products are custom made to order;s o all sales are final~no refunds or exchanges are accepted  Please double check your order before checking out.

After the closing date, the orders will be compiled and be scheduled for production within 2-3 weeks.

The orders will be picked up by this event's coordinator and distributed by them at your school or organization, unless other wise noted.

By saying "I Accept", you are releasing responsibility for your order from Massive Graphics to your organization for distribution.  If you do not receive your order from your organization, contact them directly.
