Please be sure to include your name and contact information in the notes section at checkout.  You may pick up your order on Saturday, August 1st, from Noon - 1pm at my office:  In The Arena Therapy 1901 N Moore Ave, Suite 15,  Moore, OK 73160.  You also have the option to have your order mailed to you after August 1 for a fee of $10.00.
